Gentle Vinyasa Flow will focus on breath and coordinating breath with movement through traditional asanas (yoga poses). Appropriate for all levels including those with no experience. Mats and straps (or belts or scarves) are good to bring if you have them as well as water and comfortable layers.
The class will be held under the Oak Tree’s on the Vista’s lawn area by the event center every Tuesday at 6pm (unless otherwise posted). Please keep an eye out for class updates on Vista Ranch and Cellars Social media outlets.
If it is your first time joining us allow time to sign a waiver as well as get yourself settled.
Joody Marks has studied yoga since 1999 and was certified as a teacher in 2009. She has primarily studied Anusara, Hindu Shivaism, and Shadow Yoga, as well as Theravadan and Tibetan Buddhism. She most loves practicing and teaching the way yogis started thousands of years ago, under trees in the mountains.
